This survey looks at all the major factors involved in plant health. The more thorough and accurate you can be, the better advice we can provide for your future success. When in doubt, estimate.

Please send 3 in-focus pictures to [email protected]: an overall view of the plant in context, a close-up of any damage or stress, and a close-up of the base of the plant at the soil line. If this is a non-annual plant purchased within 3 months, send a picture of the receipt as well.
